Sjöstrand The Original 2.0 Capsule Coffee Machine in Beige

The Sjöstrand The Original 2.0 M1-2-BE-EU-A is a premium capsule coffee machine that combines Scandinavian minimalism with subtle retro influences. Its warm Beige finish and powder-coated steel construction give the machine a refined architectural presence suited to both contemporary and classic kitchens.

The second generation of Sjöstrand’s signature coffee machine features updated internal components designed for consistent extraction and straightforward everyday preparation. A powerful 19-bar pump provides the pressure required for concentrated espresso with a rich crema.

Coffee volume can be automatically dispensed and programmed, allowing preferred serving sizes to be saved for convenient daily use. The removable 1.2 L water tank provides practical capacity while simplifying refilling and cleaning.

A durable steel body reinforces the premium character of the machine, while interchangeable handles offer an additional element of personalization. The transparent used-capsule container and removable water reservoir are designed to make regular maintenance simple and unobtrusive.

With its compact capsule system, strong extraction pressure and distinctive Scandinavian design, The Original 2.0 is particularly suited to interiors where the coffee machine is intended to function as both an appliance and a considered design object.
