The Smeg × Dolce&Gabbana SMF03DGEU Stand Mixer is part of the celebrated Sicily is my Love collection – a collaboration that brings together Smeg’s iconic appliance design and the expressive decorative world of Dolce&Gabbana. Created as a tribute to Italian craftsmanship and Sicilian visual culture, this planetary mixer combines a functional kitchen appliance with an unmistakable design statement.

Its elaborate decoration draws inspiration from traditional Sicilian imagery. Golden lemons and other citrus fruits, prickly pear blossoms, bright red cherries and ornamental crocchi motifs cover the mixer’s sculptural body, creating a composition rich in colour and detail. The decorative language connects the appliance directly to the artistic heritage and landscapes of Sicily.

The Sicily is my Love collection originates from hand-painted prototypes created by Sicilian artists and craftspeople. Their original artwork is reproduced through a specialised production process, allowing the distinctive illustrations to become part of Smeg’s small domestic appliances while retaining the character of the initial artistic concept.

Beneath its decorative exterior, the SMF03DGEU is a powerful planetary stand mixer engineered for a wide variety of kitchen tasks. Its planetary mixing action moves the attachment around the bowl while simultaneously rotating on its own axis, allowing ingredients to be mixed efficiently across the entire working area of the bowl.

The 800 W direct-drive motor is combined with electronic speed control and 10 speed levels, providing flexibility for everything from gently combining ingredients to whipping, beating and kneading heavier mixtures. The Smooth Start function gradually increases the mixing speed, helping reduce splashing and preventing dry ingredients from being thrown out of the bowl at start-up.

A generous 4.8-litre stainless-steel bowl accommodates both smaller recipes and larger batches. Depending on the preparation, the mixer can handle up to 12 egg whites, 1 litre of whipping cream, 2.6 kg of dessert mixture or 1.3 kg of bread and pizza dough.

The machine also incorporates practical protection features. Mixing is automatically disabled when the mixer head is raised, while integrated motor overload protection helps safeguard the drive system during demanding preparations. A front accessory port expands the mixer’s versatility with compatible optional Smeg attachments.

The included accessory set covers the essential preparation techniques for everyday baking and cooking.
