The KitchenAid Heavy Duty 5KSM55SXXECU in Silver is a powerful bowl-lift planetary stand mixer designed for demanding everyday cooking and baking. Its robust all-metal construction, efficient DC motor and generous 5.2-litre stainless-steel bowl make it particularly well suited to dense doughs, large batches and recipes that require consistent mixing power.

The bowl-lift design with three-point locking provides additional stability during intensive mixing. The bowl is securely supported in the mixer frame, allowing the machine to work confidently with heavy mixtures and substantial quantities without sacrificing control.

At the heart of the Heavy Duty is a 375 W high-efficiency DC motor paired with all-metal gears. KitchenAid’s planetary mixing system creates 67 touchpoints around the bowl, helping the attachment reach ingredients throughout the mixing area for thorough and consistent results.

The mixer offers 11 speed settings, extending from very gentle mixing to fast whipping.
